【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60664dealswithbasic,supplementaryandreinforcedinsulationsubjectedtohigh-frequencyvoltagestresswithinlow-voltageequipment.Thedimensioningvaluesdirectlyapplyforbasicinsulation;forreinforcedinsulationadditionalrequirementsapplyaccordingtoPart1.Itisapplicableforthedimensioningofclearances,creepagedistancesandsolidinsulationstressedbyanytypeofperiodicvoltageswithafundamentalfrequencyabove30kHzandupto10MHz.ThispartofIEC60664canonlybeusedtogetherwithIEC60664-1orwithIEC60664-5(inthisstandardcalledPart1orPart5).ByusingPart1orPart5togetherwiththispartthefrequencylimitofPart1orPart5isextendedtofrequencieshigherthan30kHz.ThispartalsoappliestoPart3forfrequenciesgreaterthan30kHzandprotectionoftype1.Fortype2protectionthisquestionisunderconsideration.NOTE1Dimensioningvaluesforfrequenciesabove10MHzareunderconsideration.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotconsiderthehigh-frequencyemissiontothemains.Innormaluseofequipment,itisassumedthattheinterferenceofhigh-frequencyvoltagesemittedtothemainsisnegligiblewithrespecttoinsulationstress.Thereforeitisnotnecessarytotakeitintoaccount.Itappliestoequipmentforuseupto2000mabovesealevelhavingaratedvoltageuptoa.c.1000V.Itspecifiestherequirementsforclearances,creepagedistancesandsolidinsulationforequipmentbasedupontheirperformancecriteria.ltincludesmethodsofelectrictestingwithrespecttoinsulationcoordination.Theminimumclearancesspecifiedinthispartdonotapplywhereionizedgasesoccur.Specialrequirementsforsuchsituationsmaybespecifiedatthediscretionoftherelevanttechnicalcommittee.Thispartdoesnotdealwithdistances?throughliquidinsulation,?throughgasesotherthanair,?throughcompressedair.NOTE3Highervoltagesmayexistininternalcircuitsoftheequipment.NOTE4Requirementsforaltitudesexceeding2000mcanbederivedfromTableA.2ofAnnexAofPart1.Theobjectofthisstandardistoguidetechnicalcommitteesresponsiblefordifferentequipmentinordertorationalisetheirrequirementssothatinsulationcoordinationisachievedwhenspecifyingclearancesinair,creepagedistancesandsolidinsulationforequipment.
