【摘要】:ThispartofEN508specifiesrequirementsforselfsupportingroofingproductsfordiscontinuouslayingmadefromaluminiumsheetwithorwithoutadditionalorganiccoatings.Thestandardestablishesgeneralcharacteristics,definitions,classificationsandlabellingfortheproducts,togetherwithrequirementsforthematerialsfromwhichtheproductscanbemanufactured.Itisintendedtobeusedeitherbymanufacturerstoensurethattheirproductscomplywiththerequirementsorbypurchaserstoverifythattheproductscomplybeforetheyaredespatchedfromthefactory.Itspecifiestherequirementsforproductswhichenablethemtomeetallnormalserviceconditions.Thestandardappliestoalldiscontinuouslylaidselfsupportingexternalprofiledsheetsforroofing.Theseprofiledroofsheetsaredesignedtokeepwind,rainandsnowoutofthebuilding,andtotransferanyresultantloadsandinfrequentmaintenanceloadstothestructure.Norequirementsforsupportingconstruction,designofroofsystemandexecutionofconnectionsandflashingsareincluded.
