【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicableforinternallycoatedaluminiumtubes,mainlyusedforthepackingofpharmaceutical,cosmetic,hygiene,foodorotherhouseholdproducts.Theinternalcoatingisusedasabarrierandshouldavoidanycontactbetweenaluminiumandtheproduct.Thisstandarddefinestwoalternativemethods-coppersulphateandsodiumchloridemethod-todetecttheelectrolyteconductivityasonecriterionforthequalityoftheinternalcoating.NOTETheelectrolyteconductivityoftheinternalcoatingisonlyonecriterionforevaluationofthequalityofaninternalcoating.Itdoesnotgiveanyinformationonthequantityorsizeofanyporesoruncoatedareas,noranyhintonpossiblereactionsbetweenthealuminiumtubeandtheproduct.Theelectrolyteconductivityshouldneverbeusedasthesolecriterionforqualityevaluationoftheinternalcoating,butalwayswithotherparameterse.g.filmthickness,acetoneand/orammoniaresistanceandofcourseresultsofenhancedstabilitystudies.
